Who can tell we about even Stop Foreclosure?
Does anyone know if there is sort of a consumer complaint "center"
against BANKS, MORTGAGE LENDERS etc. This is happening to us and we need to act
with everything we can find as part of their proceedings are not legit:
Over the past 18 months we had some rough financial times as in me not working
most of 1997 and then later my oplderst daughter had problems and her
hospitalization etc. etc. Anyway we were late on every bill we had but only one

3 years and 6 months ago my (small $80,000) house was in Foreclosure
because of being laid off work, but I only owed $7500 dollars (the
banks Numbers ! But That was what I figured too.) so I borrowed 5000

My home was foreclosed two months ago. I assume that the first
mortgage will be paid off at the foreclosure auction. We owed
considerably less than the house was worth.
How is the second mortgage handled. They do not even appear to know
that it was foreclosed on, gauging by the letters and calls we are
still receiving from them.
How will they pursue getting the money owed to them, since the first
mortgage got the house and resold it to someone else at the
