some help for income tax debt Would someone be able to help me with specific parts of the Income Tax
Act?
I need specific references such as section, subsection, article number
etc.
I am not a lawyer and have no money to hire one. I am hoping that there
is a
benevolent lawer or tax expert that can answer these questions. I am
disabled with a mental illness really need help here. This is regarding
personal Income Tax (T1)
1) What part of the Act refers to the Fairness Provision?

Would this be an accurate assessment? I am under the impression the
economy of American has been fueled by this debt, and had been able to
stay afloat. People have borrowed too much money and they can't
afford to pay it back. People are living paycheck to paycheck because

Does applying for such cards in an... wondering about irs debt any help ? I owe taxes to the IRS for the years 2000-2004, and have an
installment agreement to pay it back. I was married last
year (2006) - will my new husband be responsible for this
debt? I realize that if I file a return that shows I am due
a refund, the refund will be applied toward my debt. If we
file jointly and are due a refund - will they do the same?

Pay the minimum possible on all debts and whatever else you can afford,
pay off of the debt with the smallest balance. Every month or so you
manage to kill off one of the debts. The next smallest now becomes your
smallest. And so the cycle goes until the debts are gone.
but 30,000 pounds... how to help paying off debt Im very confused about my offer. I took out a £30K mortgage in 1994 covered
by SL endowment.
SL say in their offer letter "If you had used a repayment mortgage rather
than an interest only mortgage and your endowment plan, you would be
£3,031.62 better off.
The workings out say:- 1) The cash-in value of your plan (as of 11/08/03)was

a large loan last year to do some work on our house. And we are able to
