Difference between Walmart credit card and Walmart Master card?

Q. Difference between Walmart credit card and Walmart Master card? Do I assume correctly that the diff between these two cards is that the Walmart "credit card" can ONLY be used at Walmart stores.....whereas the Walmart MasterCard can be used at ANY place of business? Can either card be used to buy gasoline at a discount from Walmart gas stations?

I have a walmart card but not the mastercard one. I do have a Target Visa card that can be used anywhere Visa is accepted and never have any problems with it though. - don't think the Wal-Mart's near me have gas stations so I don't know about any discount. which I got through google, it gives you 3 cents back per gallon on any gas purchase. So why would you want a Walmart card with a very limited return compared to the chase Perfect card which will give you 6% on gas for the first 90 days and 3% after that and 1% back on everything else always with the return given at the next billing cycle. You can google for it if you are interested.
