Which provider for a Virtual PBX ?

Edwards Finance > Phones

Q. I'm currently looking for a Virtual PBX provider. We are a small company with 6 staff and would require incoming numbers in various countries (mostly western Europe + USA). At the moment we have shortlisted 3 companies: Gradwell, Coms.net and Orbtalk. Anyone with an opinion on them ?

A. We show all current numbers on the site - usually about 200 at a time. Option 4 is the "pretend-pbx" (!) option and has to be quoted for on an individual basis, hence we show no prices. Hope this helps - we're always looking at ways of improving the clarity of the site, so I'll take another look at it. where I saw "customer controlled" and digits 1, 2, 3 going to different destinations, I considered the customer not to be yours, but the "calling party". It falls under the "divert control" option of other redirection services, like FleXtel, as an example, but I just misread it and didn't scroll down as far as seeing "Option 4" as there was a big "Choose your number now" invitation which got me to see the pricing... My mistake.
