United Bankruptcy. Affect my Flight?

Q. I have a United issued ticket for a flight on their partner, Lufthansa, from JFK-MUC in October. It is an award ticket. If the bankruptcy is announced, will I be affected in any way? What do you think? Thanks for all responses.
