Help! Need Computer Engineering School Ratings!Edwards Finance > Computer Engineering Q. I am trying to choose a school in California that offers a computer engineering major. A source like US News & World Report indicates Berkeley and Stanford as top contenders but there seem to be virtually no rankings of any schools below them. Can anyone provide such a ranking? Even anecdotal or opinionated rankings would be helpful. A. -I did my undergrad CS/EE at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. They have a good program. The engineering school offers 4 full-tuition and 20 half-tuition scholarships each year to incoming freshmen. Schools I know of that have respected computer science programs are Carnegie-Mellon, Stanford, and MIT. I'm currently looking for a ranking of Ph.D. programs in computer science. If you run across such a thing, please e-mail me. -Look at the following URL http://www.usnews.com/usnews/fair/gcompsci.htm.
