VOIP System AU$9,500 - very dodgy ?

Edwards Finance > Phones

Q. We're not far from going VOIP, and we'll be making the wise business decision. We'll be going with an established business that has a support-base and a demonstratably good track-record. You're obviously another one of those just out of uni wonder-brats that thinks he can be the next bill gates and is most likely doomed to failure, no company being run by anyone with half a brain would take the risk of using your services for something as important as a VOIP solution.

A. Admin training is provided as part of the package. On the other hand, how many companies have a backup PBX, (large organizations do), but small to medium size orgs do not, but they do have mobile phones. option for the purchase of a backup system is given as well, but we monitor our systems, and tackle any perceived "threat" before it has the opportunity to happen. I do not realy care what support X enterprise has on offer. The interesting fact is that in ALL (and I mean ALL) of the instances when the system stoped functioning was due to the fact that the Administrator(s) decided to test their dial-plan writing skills. (I think that we will have to include this aspect in QoS guarantee, it might make them think twice before they will try to do anything). I know what I am saying, NEC does not want to provide the full specs for the system. yes, testing was performed using another system as a "call generator" the idea was not to promote a business name, on the basis that we are only 5 individuals, we are training the sixth but it has some way to go, with work up to our eyeballs, but we came across, imbeciles such as you. My attitude, ha, ha, ha. Consider this, your are given the opportunity to buy a Ferrari at a third of market value from a salesman that greets with "Imbecile, if you have the money, the wheels are yours." I do not know about you, however, if I find myself in such a situation, I will get the wheels. The funny thing is that I had to answer e-mails along the following line: "Can you look at the solution provided by X and let us know if your system can support the same features, please reply soon." And they came from financial administrators and the rest, because, his son, spouse, cousin, etc send him a copy of this post that they have found on the ng. (3 e-mails). (5 e-mails) Could you let us know, if we can acquire the system without support? (6 e-mails) Could you please give us a call on xxxx xxxx as soon as possible because we would like to make arrangements for a meeting. ...
