What states have no income taxes?Q. What states have no income taxes? A. -No state individual income tax: Florida, Nevada, Wyoming, Washington, South Dakota, Alaska. Tennessee and New Hampshire tax only interest and dividend income of individuals. No state corporate income tax: Nevada, Wyoming, Washington, South Dakota. The Michigan Single Business Tax is not an income tax, but an addition- method value added tax; however, the computation of the base begins with federal taxable income. No state sales and use tax: New Hampshire, Oregon, Montana, Alaska, Delaware. Local jurisdictions in some of those states do impose sales and use taxes, however.
