Electrical Engineering Newgroup?

Q. I have noticed that there is not a newsgroup dedicated to Electrical Engineering in particular. There are groups for divisions such as lighting, control, TV etc. But there is not a group for more general discussion on other matters. I have interest in power, control and alternative energy, plus a variety of other area, which are not covered. Any comments will be welcome.

A. -I have tried to access that newsgroup, but there is no such group. Have you accessed this newgroup. If so, what news server is it available through? -I agree. There should also be a discussion group regarding electrical engineering. Hope there woudl be one... -I have felt the same for a while.
