Q. If a small corporation or propriatorship has filed for and/or received bankruptcy, then an agent of that company conducts business and collects money under the business name, is that a crime?

A. It could be, but you would have to give more details, such as the type of bankruptcy that was granted and whether there were misrepresntations made. If a company was under CH11, for example, a company can still continue to conduct business in accordance with court orders.
