How would a person go about repairing their credit rating after bankruptcy?
Q. How would a person go about repairing their credit rating after bankruptcy? A friend of mine went bankrupt in Nov 2003, and was discharged June 2004. S/He wants to know what steps to take to repair his/her rating. S/He's not interested in things like mortgages, but would like things such as a mobile telephone contract. S/He's got their credit report, what else do they need to do?
