car rental after bankruptcy , how about this?
Q. Does anyone know which car rental companies accept debit cards? I intend to file bankruptcy in a couple of months and found out, to my surprise, that most car rental companies will not accept a debit card, even if it has the MasterCard or Visa logo on it. Since I'll have no credit cards for a while after filing Chapt. 7, this will limit my traveling. I think Alamo and Hertz accept debit cards; Avis doesn't. Any other car rental agencies accept debit cards?
