Car Tags, new style?Edwards Finance > Personal Budget Q. Who drove that car to ConFurence East with the car tags that said "YIFFY" ? A. Last time I waited in line for car tags here in Texas I noticed a collection of personalized plates nailed to the wall they had received over the years. One said WANTED. Texas limits personalized plates to only six letters. That's why I can't get GIRAFFE for my Metro. New York State's limit is seven letters, as witnessed by someone there with a HEPCATS tag.
