Q. Am buying house in PA and expect to move in shortly with son. I am divorced. Will still work in NJ so would like to know what to expect on my W2 for 2002. Will I have to file in NJ as non resident and also in PA? Any insight, help, advice appreciated like homstead rebate etcc.

A. -You will file a NJ non resident and a PA resident, taking a credit on PA for the NJ taxes paid. We also have a local tax, the amount can vary from 0 to 4.25% depending where you live. Some employers withhold it, some don't. If yours does not,
