Bankruptcy nuances in Oklahoma

Q. I was asked a question the other day I didn't know how to answer, hoping you can assist. In Oklahoma, if someone has ZERO assets aside from a 12 yr old car with 200K miles (!), how does one know if that property is "exempt" from a chapter 7 bankruptcy? I noted a whole lot of discrepancy regarding websites listing "blue book" value vs "actual likely selling price" value, on top of that.
