Line termination by Mobile phone service provider ?

Edwards Finance > Phones

Q. I had with this mobile service provider for at 7 yrs since they launch. However, recently, I had accumulate huge amount of phone bill due to over-sea out-station. Before my phone bill due, I called up the service provider is it possible for me to have a installment plan for my bills. They told me it's up to the finance department to agree before they allow me to pay by installment. After the telephone conversation, my auto roaming was disable, before the propose any installment plan to me. That was not all, before the due date of my mobile phone bill, they even terminated the mobile service. Well, my two-year contract with Cingular/AT&T finally ran up two weeks ago, and, naturally, my cell phone died today. I'm ready to move to another service. Anybody got T-Mobile? If so, how do you like it, and how is the coverage? I have T-mobile and it suits its purpose for me. The phone was free and I only pay $20 a month for a certain plan. I only really use it for emergencies and only have it turned on during long car rides, an hour or more. I have never been cut off. The signal locations are improving more and more. I used to not be able to get a signal within my home, but now I do. The only time I couldn't get a signal otherwise was when I was up in the hills of South Carolina, but nobody could get a signal there, so it wasn't just T-mobile. lol. I remember everyone borrowing one person's phone to make calls because it became known really quickly who *could* get a signal. lol. I have T-mobile and have had it for a couple of years. I absolutely love it. They have a local place to pay or buy accessories. We got our latest phones at Costco, however. I like the plan (tons more minutes than we begin to use). No drop calls ever! That's why I switched. We were losing calls all the time with Verizon and I was pissed!! Also steer clear of Sprint -- I swear they are the worse company out there. I've had T-Mobile almost since their inception as Aerial Communications, and I have absolutely never even considered switching services! Never a dropped call, never a billing error, and their plans are reasonable. All this since 1989, if I remember correctly... There were some problems with coverage years ago when I traveled, but their coverage is much better now. You can check out their Web site to see how coverage is in areas that concern you. I've had Verizon for a long time. There have been many times when I have gotten a signal out in the boondocks and my friend had to borrow my phone because she got nothing. I've had maybe one dropped call. I'm very happy with their customer service and have never had a problem with them.

A.
