Michigan Income Tax Question

Q. My son finished his senior year of college in 2001, so I was able to claim him as a dependent. But, he did rent a house while at college. Can he still get the property tax credit as a renter on his income tax?

A. -A few questions here - Is he a MI resident - driver license, voter registration - in state tuition? If not, he was NEVER eligible for this credit. Next, Minor children are not eligible - I know he is not a minor however I believe that this
