Merlin phone system ?Q. I work in a major retail store. We have a huge 'n' heinous Merlin phone sys for the internal pbx. I've heard recently that management/those in power are capable of monitoring any station in the pbx from their phones, and that there will soon be a printer logging all calls, their numbers, and the station dialed from.
