The median salaries look lot higher than what we make around
in michigan. (Or I have been fooled).
Also it seems to me that people who join afterwards tend to
make more. I mean the big industries cannot keep up with
the market rate and inflation. Also once you are in, they dont care.
Here is a formula that i would like to give you:
Great salary : 2*your age
Good salary : 2*your age -5000

It use to be, I found it under the ASME home page. But (if I am not
mistaken) they have removed the ME Mag page. I don't know why, it's too

Mechanical Engineering Tec... What do you think about Mechanical Engineering in the future? Dear everybody;
Nowadays, I have worked on the paper about the future of Mechanical
Engineering. I need your opinions.-It is my opinion there will always be a need for ME's but to be a ME who
is in high demand and gets paid well you will have to have something to
do with software, electronics, or things that make programming or
electronics easier/better.
-My opinion is that engineering is being automated. Design and art remain
creative processes for humans to do. Engineering is... Mechanical Engineering at University In a few weeks I'll be graduating from high school (actually I'm in the
middle of exams right now), and next year I'll be studying mechanical
engineering at the University of Toronto. And I am really nervous. I
keep hearing about how hard it is and how much work there is and that
everyone's marks drop like 10-20%. Can anyone tell me about what it's
actually like, and how I can prepare, what kinds of work I can expect,
etc.-Get the books early, read every word, do all the problems, ge... Mechanical Engineering at University In a few weeks I'll be graduating from high school (actually I'm in the

decline in real earning power over the last 10-15 years. Is there any
thing that can be done to boost salaries and make engineering a more
respected profession? Is anyone out there interested?????
Do you want to be thought of as the jerks on the sitcom "Dweebs" or the
studs on "ER" ? Think about it-So what you're saying is that a high salary is necessary for a profession to
be respected? Maybe you should drop ... know any mechanic schools? I've been riding for 3 years now and everytime I have a problem with my
bike I have to bring it in to a mechanic.
You know how much time and money that can be. I'd like to understand how
the bike works and solving any problems that I have in the future. Does
anyone know of a mechanics course in the Los Angeles area? Thanks...-I am an ASE-certified Master Tech (the highest certification a mechanic can
get), let me tell you how I did it, and it wasn't by way of any PANSY-ASS
motorcycl...
