Filing Backruptcy laes in ohio.
Q. Hi, I'm in dire straits and need info on filing chapter 13 in ohio. I especially need info on what is excempt and where do you begin.
A. At The Beach Water Park last Saturday we saw a few interesting 'planes pass overhead; it's not far from Dayton, so I do hope you didn't miss it! Maybe they were just rehearsing. Have you tried telephoning the AFB and asking? Ohio has nothing to do w/ bankruptcy... or county courts. Federal law over rules them... Bankruptcy is governed by Federal law..... NOT state law. Filing currently costs about $175 and atty costs vary... I paid 550 for the atty costs. I think you need to talk to an attorney.
