Q. Hi, I'm in dire straits and need info on filing chapter 13 in ohio. I especially need info on what is excempt and where do you begin.

Have you tried telephoning the AFB and asking? Ohio has nothing to do w/ bankruptcy... or county courts. Federal law over rules them... Bankruptcy is governed by Federal law..... NOT state law.
