This job is ALREADY FILLED, please don't reply with resumes etc. A. -There are still 'salaried' positions in audio ?!? Oh... I see, commercial or corporate production. Add up your entire cost of living, and shoot for an additional 20%, or have your agent negotiate for you. I'm so used to getting 40% (+ or - a few cents) of the gross billable hours, I forgot all about *real* staff positions. -You could check the union rates to get an idea for a starting point. There are different rates for editors, mixers, and recordists. Small non-union houses will pay a little less, people with lots of experience and credits will get more than scale.
