How open a business when you have previous bankruptcy?
Q. 3 years ago I declared personal bankruptcy (cha 7), Now I have the opportunity to open a business but of course this bakruptcy is an handicap with the bank and the suppliers. What is the best way to bypass this hurdle?
A. -Well, for obvious reasons, banks and suppliers might be reluctant to extend you credit. Is the problem simply that they don't want to lend you the money and/or sell you your supplies without prepayment? Or is the problem more complex than that?
