Business Phone Numbers Appear first in Outlook 2002Q. Is there some way to change the way phone numbers are listed in Outlook 2002. If a contact has a home phone and a business phone, the business number always appears first. I would like the home phone number to appear first. A. Yes there is. Go to View-Current View-Customize Current View. Select the fields button. Highlight Business phone in the right hand list and then use the MoveDown button to place it after the Home Phone field. Are you sure they aren't? You have to open the contact to see all the info, like address, additional numbers, etc. Only one number will show on the main contact screen. If you tap the character by the number, w,h,e, it will also show you other numbers and will let you choose which one is default. Yes there is. Go to View-Current View-Customize Current View.
