VOIP System AU$9,500 ?Q. The mentioned system is a turn-key system. In today's environment most businesses will consider pricing as being a deciding factor A deciding factor. One of many. An established business with >knowledgeable IT staff would not see price as critical as support even for a >"turn-key system". A. I would have said "especially for a turnkey system". After all, the point of a turnkey system is that it is a black box as far as the customer is concerned. The customer _depends_ on vendor support in this instance.
