Q. Who can say about Bankruptcy In NC?

A. I do bankruptcy law, but am registered in Massachusetts and the Eastern District of Tennessee. The federal law is the same everywhere, but local stylistic changes and state property protection statutes vary. Most sole proprietors can file under Chapter 13 as well as chapter 11, but Chapter 13 is frequently more favorable to individuals. If you have a more specific question, I'll take a shot at it.
