Finance Q&A

Can anyone please tell me where I can find this in any bankruptcy code?

Edwards Finance > Loans

Q. I am in chapter 13 and want to sell my house. I was told by an attorney that I could list it for sale and market it without prior court permission, but do not court permission for the final sale once I have an offer to purchase. Can anyone please tell me where I can find this in any bankruptcy code? What specific section is it in? I have to prove this to some interested parties before they will even consider buying the house, and I don't know where to find it.

A. You were 'told by an attorney' that "something" applies to your situation. Now you want to know the reasoning backing up that 'something' HE said. Did you CONSIDER doing something as radical as _asking_that_attorney_ for the cite to support the 'something' =he= said applies to your situation? It is absolutely certain that what you have reported, above, is NOT what said attorney -actually- said -- 'but do not court permission' is not decipherable.
