Finance Q&A

where there are AutoCAD jobs posted.

Edwards Finance > CAD Drafting

Q. I was wondering if there are any sites where there are AutoCAD jobs posted. F.Y.I., I am currently attending university studying AutoCAD R14 Higher National Certificate (HNC).

A. -A simple search on jobs will likely send you thousands of choices. Narrow them down to technical, perhaps again by specifying the discipline or the industry you aim for, and then take advantage of any robot searches that email you when they hit on the keywords you choose. I also use the government employment database, I'm sure there's one there. Search with keywords like Autocad drafting, Cad operator etc. Most newspapers add their classifieds to the web these days, so again, a search should get all manner of them. Once you find papers you like, drill down to the section of classifieds (skilled or computer related or technical positions) you want and then drag the bookmark into your favorites folder. I then do a search in the current page for key words like Autocad or drafting (draughting over there I expect) and save having to read the listings myself. One click shopping to find the latest. I use robot search engines offered by websites who specialize in listing job positions and find emails of jobs suited to my chosen criteria automatically showing up every day or every week. While none of these are specifically Acad related, most can be configured to return only those with Autocad in the body. So, a generic answer to a specific question, but we don't want to be fishing in puddles close to home when there's an ocean next door. I imagine others might have more ideas as well. -Please have at look on http://www.bracknet.com or may be my site for autocad things http://homepage.dtn.ntl.com/terry.rawkins
