Finance Q&A

Any examples of websites for Engineering firms?

Edwards Finance > Architectural Engineering

Q. I am planning on designing a website for a civil engineering firm and am looking for some good examples. Can you please post web addresses of websites for engineering firms that you have found very informative and useful? Also, what are some important elements of a good website for a private civil engineering firm?

A. - www.gradjevina.cjb.net - Not a good example - full of nasties according to my virus & firewall software! - http://www.mthojgaard.dk - Here are 2 I know of. I do not claim that either are 1. Helpful or 2. Good examples. http://www.fisher-sherer.com/ http://www.eagleonline.net/ I think the 'eagleonline' one is the better of the 2. A mission statement, scope of services, experiences of the principals, contact people on staff, pictures of projects, and example projects in the region are what I would focus on if _I_ had a firm I was setting up a web page for!
